Terrible staff and service is very very slow.

Apple Residual is one of the worst management company, they buy out judges, in particular Judge Albert Cercone( Dallas County JP), which is a corrupt judge and takes bribes and have whores and prostitutes and snitches in apartments with the manager and owners permission and will have you wrongful evicted from your apartment, if you file a complaint and will enter your apartment unauthorized if you file a complaint with code enforcement and poison your food and will go as far is to try and have you killed. Devonshire Apartments 6069 Belt Line Road, Dallas Texas now changed name, however the same problem and owner.
