Watch Your Credit Report Here!!! From: Eric1967 Date posted: 3/11/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   I lived here for a year. No maintenance problems. The staff was a bit snobby I thought. Rent was too high for the size. BUT: Several months after moving out, I found out they put a $50.00 collection on my credit report for dirty stove rings or something. I called the collection agency, and they said $50 wasn't worth notifying me, so they just put it on my report and wait for me to call. That's pretty sorry!
