I've lived here going on two years now with my kids....Never had any problems until I had new neighbors - they brought roaches with them and consequently my place became a haven for the pests. I had the experience of having to call maintenance at least 4-5 times, before anything is done. Still waiting for them to fix the leaks in my ceiling when it rains hard. I have a huge water stain over my fireplace - no problem, I'll just put a frame around. Lately I haven't felt comfortable letting my kids outside, because of the drug activity I see from teenagers in the area. I don't even know if they live here, but it's extremely annoying. Noisy and inconsiderate neighbors are also a reason for my discomfort level. I used to like this place, but now I think it's turning into a ghetto like project. The staff is not doing a damn thing to clear the riff raff. As a matter of fact, more riff raff is moving in as we speak. The pet peeve, other than the roaches, is the lack of parking space. My neighbors have about 15 people living in a 2 bdrm, and I always have to park a 1/2 mile from my door.
