The management is rude. Apartments are very run down. And crime is bad. First of all the model is bigger and nicer than the real apartment. They won't let you see the actual apartment you are getting because they know this. Our first sign was the first night we moved in our bathroom flooded because of the rain leaking in from the garden window. It was a Friday, they claim to have 24 hour maintenance but it didn't get fixed until Monday. We had a child molester living two doors down that we were never notified of. Someone broke into my husbands car and stole his radio, leather jacket, and tools out of the trunk. Someone tried to break into the apartment while I was home alone with my two kids. They also claim to have a policy that if you want to move to another Apple community that you could. Well, we found one in Las Colinas and the manager there said she would lease to us but the manager at Eagle Crest wouldn't release us from our lease without a penalty saying she didn't wan to lose tenanats that actually pay theur rent. What kind of mess is that' Said we would have to pay back the money that was discounted off our rent for the rent special we signed our lease for which was $100 for each month. That came out to $1500 because we signed a 15 month lease. The female manager was very rude, and short with everyone except new residents. Because she was very nice to us until we moved in, then her whole attitude was like she didn't care unless you were coming in to pay the rent. My daughter was hit by a car on her way to school which was right across the street from the complex. This hellhole is going downhill very fast. And like another poster said, they are a shole bunch of teeneagers hanging out there that don't live there and a lot of drug activity. I was so gracious to god for blessing us to be fortunate enough to have us a house built so we could move away from that place.
