I spent 3 hours today with "Kelley" at Eagles Crest and she was the most helpful, loving and kind person I've ever worked with. I was all by myself trying to pick an apartment for my husband and I. She was SO HELPFUL and I am SO PLEASED to know that I'm going to be a part of this community.

I haven't moved in yet - but my experience was absolutely wonderful today. And about this Carmen lady, I don't think she works there anymore.
