DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/18/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005 2 responses   THIS IS THE WORST APPARTMENT COMPLEX THAT I HAVE EVER LIVED IN. IT IS NOT THE COMPLEX BUT THE STAFF THAT MAKES THE STAY HERE DIFFICULT. THE STAFF HAS NO ETHICS! IF YOU PAY YOUR RENT ON THE 4TH DAY OF THE MONTH, THEY CHARGE YOU BETWEEN 100-300 DOLLARS, THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN YOUR MARKET RENT AND THE SPECIAL YOU RECEIVED, PLUS A $50.00 INITIAL LATE FEE. I FOUND THIS OUT THE HARD WAY AND WAS VERY UPSET BECAUSE THEY JUST STARTED THIS 02/01/05 AND DIDN'T INFORM THE RESIDENTS. THE MANAGEMENT IS RUDE AND IT GOES ALL THE WAY UP TO REGIONAL MANAGEMENT! STAY AWAY. THIS IS A WARNING!
