I moved into these apartments for the price and space. However I had my ac bust and the matience man refused to come fix it. It took 4 months to fix and even after I proved them in legal violation of there lease they refused to be of any help. I bascame so stressed out I gave up. I even talked to the manager about my complaints and she completely ignored me. My friend had some one follow her up stairs to her door at night that had jumped the fence from the goveerment housing next to us. when she told the office they did not even respond. Also she had to request 4 times for them to release her rental history to another apartment and physical go get it in order for them to act. I have never had so many problems no to mention such poor custome service. The foundation is also very bad. The neighbors constantly sit in the parking lot smoking weed and drinking. My car was keyed several times by children who stay out til all hours even after I complained to the office. They say they have officers on property however they never stop any of the problems that occur on a daily basis.
