I have lived here for 2yr and can't wait until my lease is up!!! why' Let begin with the many pot holes. The lack of communication to residents, e.i. water will get shut off in a moments notice. I pay a sky high water bill 1 mth $50-$60 for what water all in the street. Then the water gets cut off with out notice, or hot water off for several hours at night when you're trying to get ready for the next day, then you call the office to speak to someone and find out that water outage and is not an emergency. And Javier is always 20 minutes away and will call you! (I think everyones name in maintnance is Javier!) The maintnance dept is a joke! Calling the office to get some service is an even bigger joke. I will recommend this place to all convict and homeless!!!

WATER BILL ---I agree , this water bill is way too high , I am current resident , and I think all residents somehow are paying for the water leak in the streets . It seems like they have been trying to fix this leak for 10 years now , i swear , my water bill went from 21.00 to 25.00 a month to 35.00 right now here in december . I have not done anything different in my apartment , how can this shoot up so big in one month .........why beacuse it cold outside now , come on . next problem i have is the bugs , have they ever heard of spay each and every building complex maybe every two weeks , please , i am going to start charging the roaches rent , to help pay for the high water bill , waite a minute thats why it is high , the roaches are using to water why i am at work , eureka !
