It so very sad, but so very true, that in the year I have lived in this apartment complex it has been bought by not one, not two, but FOUR different companies. If I thought it was bad when Apple or Colonial owned it..that was NOTHING compared to Capstone. At least when the others owned the apartments they were willing to admit that they sucked. Nope, not this one.. they are the great rare breed that not only has horrid customer service, but they are seemingly completely oblivious to it. I have to tell you..if anyone knew Gloria..if you thought she was terrible.. just wait until you meet the new manager, Shirl. She is a real peach if I ever met one. (A rotten one)Oh, wait.. thats right! I havent ever met her.. because no matter how many times you request to talk to the manager or see the manager she is magically busy tweezing her butt hairs..or whatever she is pretending to be doing at the moment.I can say though that I have had the extreme displeasure of talking to her. Run, dont walk, from this apartment complex. You would do better living under a bridge in Oak Cliff.

I am a current resident that has lived here for 1 year. I have met the manager and yes she is real peach, she does take care of the issues I have brought to her. Does the butt tweezing basically remind you of where you talk from? Sounds like you are basically talking from yours. Take yourself to Oak Cliff if you feel it is better, you are not needed. They would probably welcome you with open arms as you sound like you would fit in. You need to stop speaking it is beginning to smell.

Once again realdeal, we want true opinions from residents in this community. We dont want opinions from Eagle Crest employees. Keep your "wit" to yourself and leave these posts to ppl that are legitimate with their concerns. Shirl Hodge PERSONALLY ignored several MAJOR security issues I took to her, and for that Eagle Crest legally had to release me from my lease. Had she "cared" as much as you pretend she does then it never would have got to that level. Tell your boss I said "hi".. unless you yourself are Shirl, in which case I would like to remind you how sad your management skills are.
