I used to be a resident there. I moved because the management company changes more frequently than my toilet paper roll. I lived there from Jan 2004- June 2006. The management changed 4-5 times. The office is filled with temporary workers from office fill services. The water is a problem since it is communistic and no matter how much you skimp to save some on water it does not matter...the price is set to 'screw you'. When I learned that the Courtesy Officers, that were actual police officers, were let go because the company changed and did not want them any more...I got out. Lots of unfulfilled promises. There is suppossed to have gates going up...heard that one for about a year. How can a company care when the company changes so often and the workers are temps. There is double standards too...I saw the office towing cars with expired registration and inspection...good deal...but when the tow company passed over one of the office workers that had a car that was a P.O.S. and expired by a year...I called BS. I am still fighting with them for my damage deposit back. I have not received any documentation for costs after I moved out and it has been nearly 60 days. State law requires notification within 30 days in order for them to keep any deposit. I will get it back if a law suit is what it takes. Save yourself time and frustration...go somewhere else.

they are finally working on putting up gates. Question.....is this to keep the criminals and drug dealers in? And shouldn't they finish the projects they have already started first? ie ... leveling apartments and fixing the water problems? Neve any hot water and the bill is outrageous.

I also had a problem with the hot water and one of the idiot service workers told me that because I live on the third floor the water had to travel upwards to reach me so it took longer for my water to get hot. RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!
