I would not currently recommend this complex to my family nor friends.
Having lived in this community for multiple years, I have seen it go from the best to the worst. I did not realize the office staff has changed as they have still been extremely unresponsive to my needs.
I live next to a building that is being lifted, I was never notified of the work, so imagine my surprise when I arrived home from the hospital in August to hear jackhammers from the apartment directly in front of me.
The current staff takes my concerns personally, instead of listening and responding. Since the beginning of December my bathroom has flooded twice, we lost power, I had to spend the night in a hotel and now due to the lifting of the building next to me, I can't open my patio door.
I have been calling the management company's headquarters in Phoenix, as well as the local office since the beginning of December. I haven't received a response from anyone!!!! I guess I'll have to go to the local office and sit in the lobby for someone to take the time to address my concerns. Can't wait to leave.....
