My husband and I rented an apartment for 3 months at Eagle Crest. I only have a complaint. We signed up and was not informed of certain policies. They told us when we moved out depending on the appearance of the apartment we would get our full deposit. They failed to mention that they require a scheduled walk through days in advance. In order to make sure that we kept our deposit we spent a whole saturday scrubbing the apartment and shampooing the carpet. It was twice as clean as when we arrived.When we did the walk through which I had to call the apartment 5 times to get them to schedule it. They walked through and said we require the shampooing to be done professionally and even though the apartment is clean we have to pay for it to be cleaned and shampooed. they are charging us an extra $120.00 Even though the apartment is cleaner than when we moved in. We had only lived there 3 months.
