Good Place to live for Students

I have lived at Eagle Crest for 1 year and I am actually about to renew my lease. The community is ok, I haven't had any real problems and when I have maintence issues they have responded in about a day or so. They do have new management and it shows, they are putting in an access gate around the community to help keep the trafic down. The reason this place is a good place for students is though they don't offer student discounts they do give you more square footage for you money.
