Activity appears to be centered somewhere near southwest corner of property, just behind the 7/11, and in the back row near southeast corner of property. Yes, little to no enforcement of property policies, with the lone exception of the animal waste clause. At least that has shown improvment.

I live in building 7 and happen to know that my building received approvimately $300,000 worth of repairs i believe that would be more than just a "cover up," sounds like the apartments put a lot of money into making the community a lot nicer place to me. The office staff is great, all apartment complexes go through staff as are there many other jobs that have high turnover, i do belive that the office may want the best staff possible to serve the residents of Eagle Crest. The manager has been there for about a year since the new management company took over, and the asst. manager has been there for almost three years through the past management company as well as the current. My building bldg 7 is at the "southwest" corner of the community, and i take walks with my dog all through the evening and night, and have never seen any of this activity that you speak of. As i walk my dog in the morning i see the maintenance staff pick up any debree in the community including the animal dropping left by incosiderate tenants. I am unsure of what "property policies" that you are speaking of or else i would gladly address this as well. I have the new wood vinyl in my restroom, and i love it. I regularly speak with all of the maintenance men when they come by because i am right here next to the office and they all seem to speak decent english to me, but that is not an issue as long as they can complete any work that i may request language barrier does not matter to me. The police patrol the the property on a regular basis i heard on the news the other night that irving has a new thing in effect that they assign police to each property to patrol for prventative measures. There are ALOT of apartments here, and i am sure with about 2000 or so people there stacked on top of each other there are going to be some things that happen. I would not normally take the time to respond to something like this, but it seems that all of the things on here are negative, not just for these apartments but for all apartments. It is sad that people take the time to write negative things but the people that like the apartments don't take the time to write positive things. Maybe this shows how much we as Americans focus on the negative!!!!!

Sounds to me like the colored balloons seem to catch your attention. And incase you didn't know almost all apartments do the balloon thing.And tell me something do you monitor the gate all hours of the night? Seems to me you are pulling in the apartments all hours of the night yourself. You know there is a such thing as taxi's picking up people because we do have a life and us residents do have freinds and they are not supposed to have gate cards! And you said the police department was there while you were typing your review? Are you a peeping tom or what? Sounds to me you got all the security cameras in your apartment!! Get a life!!!
