We've lived at Eagle Crest a little over 2 months and so far it has been a pleasant experience. At First I was a little skeptical as to whether to choose to live here or not due to all the negative posts from current and previous residents, but boy was I fooled! I think some of the negative posts are from residents who are ticked off because things are not done their way or they can't pay their rent on time and are upset that they have to pay late fees or get eviction notices. (I guess it's supposed to be a form of retaliation towards management for doing their job') I've lived in upscale apartments before and have never been as content as I am at Eagle Crest. We have a newly renovated apartment for such a great price. The office staff is friendly and helpful, neighbors keep to themselves and are nice, and I've never had any issues with maintenance not taking care of maintenance requests. (Which we've only had two minor requests)

To all the "unhappy" residents; if you are so unhappy here I don't see why you just don't purchase a house' And to those who gripe about getting eviction notices; try paying your rent on time. Then you won't have to worry about getting the eviction notices anymore. Get with the program people, because you will never have a perfect experience living in an apartment community.

As a motivated renter, I highly recommend Eagle Crest to my friends and co-workers. You get a nice renovated apartment for a great price!
