My lease will be up in 2 months and I was debating on whether to stay Eagle Crest. I love, love the look of my apartment. I had brand new appliances, color scheme of tan and white was nice and for the most part the staff was decent. I guess those are the pros. The cons would be that the air conditioning does not work that well. I have spoken with a couple other residents and they say the same thing. I read another review about the hot water and that is also an issue. I have been noticing lately that garbage is being left everywhere! You would think that if one garbage was full that people would go to the other since they are not that far away but they don't. It is disgusting to walk out see garbage everywhere sometimes for 2 or 3 days. It has been quiet, but I am also noticing more people hanging in the parking lot with music from their cars or apartments. My last issue is a loud and obnoxious dog that my neighbor has. It seems that this community is full of dog owners and there is nothing wrong with that but people need to learn how to control them. So I decided that some of the good out weighed the bad and contacted management about transferring to another apartment when my lease is up. That is when the decent manangement staff turned into the typical non caring staff that you hear about often. I could not get my questions answered about transferring to another apartment. After calling 3 times I gave up on that. Then when I asked management to speak to my neighbor about the dog the only response was them looking up the apartment number to make sure they were paying for pet fees and pet rent. So that is all I needed to hear. I am not a high maintenance tenant. I pay my rent on time ALL of the time and I really don't complain much but when 2 big concerns of mine went unanswered I knew it is time to go. I will take $700 rent I am paying and find a complex that will appreciate a good tenant. You will get a nice looking apartment but I am starting to feel that things are going to get worse here before they get better. I am just glad it was not too bad the year I was here. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7

I know exactly what you mean and how you feel. I love my apartment also, as far as the looks go. But the new staff seems to be the biggest problem. They just don't care!! POINT BLANK!! And by the looks of some other reviews we are not the only residents that feel that way. If you call to ask a question or anything they give excuses like they don't know, or they are too busy, and it's stupid... and rude! Some of us are giving this apartment community almost everything we make each month and we get treated this way? GET WITH THE PROGRAM PEOPLE! And I know exactly what you mean about noisy dogs. One night it was all night long that all the dogs were barking like crazy! I will be gone when my lease is up as well.
