I moved in Jan 08 and lived there until Nov 08. Management is not the most friendly but what should you expect in a low end apartment complex. I did expect competency to keep records and know when to admit to a mistake. I had to call 3 times after 6 weeks regarding my security deposit and of coarse they had no record of it in my folder. I had to send a copy of the security deposit of $100 to prove it to them and they know need to check w corporate to see if they can give it back to. On top of that they charged me $50 for an unclean stove and for cleaning up a mess in my laundry area that maintance made( Will get to that). I left it clean and even took pictures but management would not discuss it. (they just want your money).

Maintenance- The 1st day (early January)I moved in there was a puddle of water on my floor(1st floor). Maintenance came out and said they fixed it. Same thing happened 2 weeks later and they said they fixed it. Same thing happened every 2 to 3 weeks for 5 months and maintenance said they fixed it every time (8-10 times). After a while maintenance accused me of dumping water on my floor to get attention and was rude to my girlfriend and I. After a little more than 5 months the complex realized they had no idea what was happening. They hired an outside plumber who figured it out and learned that everytime the 3rd floor did laundry the water would drain through into my dining area. (This is after they came out and wasted my time and drilled out the back of my laundry area many ti. They never apologized for their incompetency or how they treated my girlfriend and I.

If you want to live in the hood and deal with their incompetencies go some where else and pay pay hood prices ($300-500) instead of their prices ($600-900).
