I have to say that I have had a good experience at Eagle Crest. Apartment is spacious, adequate parking, rent is decent ($675 1 bedroom a little over 700 sq ft). The new management staff is nice. They are cleaning up the exterior of the complex and the grounds are well kept. The only thing I don't agree with is the apartment advertised some type of sound proofing or sound deafning structure of the apartments. That would not be true. I have heard the blaring music coming from the person below me, the apartment across from me and the apartment right next to me. I don't reflect it on being a bad complex but I do think the management staff should remind people about noise. Other than that, I would recommend the apartments. It does beat me living somewhere in Las Colinas and paying $200 more for a smaller apartment.
