I am looking over my review and some of the others here and I noticed the manager's names have been removed. Interesting. I think it is only fair that the names of these managers and apartment staff that are from helpful and lack the basics of customer service experience be available so people know who to avoid. This apartment complex has gone downhill from a year ago and until they bring in some new management that won't lie to you or at least be in the office enough I hope everyone continues to take heed to these reviews and stay away from this hell hole! Oh and what is my gripe out today' Trying to call the office staff for last 5 days and no response when all I want to know is how long I have to smell the trash that my neighbors have had sitting out for the last 5 days. I can only pray that the roaches stay away from my apartment during the last few months of my lease.

I have lived her 2 years and probably wont renew my lease, neigbor has two huge dogs. complained to management and they said these are service dogs. Their barking and crying are making me crazy, cant sleep.....I also asked for name and address of corporate owner so I could write them of my unhappiness and the office wont give it to me.If you know nane and address of corporate could you post it.

Make sure you TELL ------- about the law regarding making it known whom is the property owner. It is illegal for her to NOT give this information. As for the noise, the lease agreement in texas states you have a right to a safe, quiet, apartment. If they do not comply, they are in violation of breaking then lease of which they are liable for your moving expenses and first months rent and deposit at new apartment!
