I've been here almost 5 months now it things have not changed. They guy under had his apartment broken into a couple nights ago and the office keeps going on like everything is fine. There is no reason to have gates at this place because they are pretty much opened all night long. The staff is not helpfull and they do not know anything. One person tell me one thing and another one tells me something else. They will not stick to the lease agreement i've been down several times to complain about an unwanted person of mine and asked them to send up an notice but yeah that does not help either. I do not feel safe at this place. My air conditioning has broken so many times this summer is crazy. But yet the want me to pay 2000 thousand dollars to get out my lease. This place sucks and it's over priced for what you get. I was not happy 5 months ago and i'm still not happy.

The corporate office is Gables. You can log on to www.gables.com. I have went on there and email the Dallas office about this ridiculous complex. You are not the first person they have denied the corporate information to. I made the mistake of resigning my lease and boy am I regretting it!!!! I hope things turn out better for you I guess you can join the team of other tenants here that are counting the days to get out of this hell hole!

You can call -------'s boss. --------------,(------------) she is just as dense as ------- but jut move on up the chain. If you end up going to the media, put a post on here and we will find someway to get in touch. I am sure you will have ALL the support you need.

I agree w/ the others. Hope you contacted gables.com. But don't waste your time with gables corporate manager ashley s,she can be rude, go to her boss.

Do not forget to contact the Irving health department and also the code violation department. They can help you end your lease if the problems are not corrected. They are cracking down on apartments in Irving.
