We have been here almost a year and will definately not re sign our lease. Upon move in we noticed that a make ready had not been done. We also noticed hundreds of roaches. ------- ------- MGMT at the time did offer to move us or remedy the problem and push our lease date out until we could actually move in. (we stayed with friends for 2 weeks). We still had to do our own make ready. The grease behind the stove and refrigerator was disgusting and the reason of the roach infestation. After we were finally able to move in we were told by one of the leasing agents that the apartment was NOT supposed to be leased because they knew of the roach problem. The property its self is older, we understand that, but the new Gables Managment is completely incompetent. It took forever to get the manager, ------- -----, to acknowledge an obvious health threat. ---- -------, the maintnance manager is just as bad, it seems like every time they come to fix something, they screw two more things up. We have called -------'s manager and she is just as clueless. Please save your sanity and move to an apartment in Las Colinas, they are in the same price range and at least you wont have to deal with the children that manage the place. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS

Wow. I am so glad that I am not the only one that thinks the management here SUCKS! ------- is worthless and the ever changing staff is no better. I am also on my way to Las Colinas, the Windsted apartments to be exact. I will pay just $40 more than what I pay now but I will not have to deal with noise and incapable staff. For anyone reading these reviews these are honest and accurate. I am not one of those bitter tenants who just wants to rant and rave because 1 thing made me mad. This place is ridiculous!!

It mostly has to do with the new manager ------- and the ----. They are both inexperienced. The new owner, Gables management is using this complex as a cash cow, they will let anyone rent now regardless of credit or criminal background. They will rent to anyone as long as they have money! Sad, it looked promising, but for $20 more I have found newer apartments that are managed correctly.
