I have lived at Eagle Crest for two years now and just signed for another year. The management changed at the beginning of the year and it has been great since. I have noticed the complex looking a ton cleaner and the staff working hard to make the tenants happy. If I have a maintenance issue it's fixed fast. And if people are saying they have a bug issue, that's their fault. We pay for pest control for a reason, people! Call the office and they will have the bug guy go in and spray your aparment!
