We have lived at Eagle Crest for over six years. We have many neighbors that have been here even longer. There were many changes in staff during our stay here but we really enjoy the new staff and Gables. The lay out of our apartment is fantastic, the pools are clean and the entire staff including maintenance are friendly and care about us. I truly believe the negative comments on this website are from fly by night residents that will never find a apartment that they will enjoy. We enjoy our neighbors and feel safe here we also have a great time at the free events at the clubhouse.

I am not a fly by night and for $90 more a month, I found an apartment in lewisville that is 130 square feet bigger, real wood floors, real countertops, real garden tubs, not spray painted, glazed windows, high end appliances, etc, etc. Eagle Crest is OK, it has to many problems for maintenance to handle. last I was told they had a backlog of 5000 maintenance requests. Lots of first floor apartments have flooding problems and sewage backup.
