I have been living at Eagle Crest for about a month and have had no problems what so ever with the staff. Maintenance, with the exception of one time, has been prompt and fixed what I requested to be fixed. Yes, there is wood looking linoleum, but I actually love the counter tops. The paint they used is really nice, though they weren't as careful as they should have been in some places. If my opinion changes, I'll repost, but I have had no problems what so ever.

I asked the office about them charging at move out. They said they only charge for damage that you caused to the apartment or the cleanliness of it. They don't charge for normal wear and tear.

As a precaution, always make note of everything and notify them in writing, not e-mail. This will protect you when you move out.
