I would like to know what part of the property these negative responses are coming from. I live towards the back of the property and have a great apartment with a view of the airport. We love to watch the planes. My neighbors are friendly, I don't have bugs, the office people have been nice and they even set up a crime watch with the police. I know this place is big but the grounds always look clean and the landscapers come every week.

For the most part you are right. The apartments are not as bad as others in the area. The problem is with the management changes and the maintenance staff. Since the maintenance staff is mostly new, they are inexperienced. So most requests are only half filled and need repeated calls of which management then thinks you are a problem tenant because they cannot do the simple requests. Also they are not truthful, an apartment in the front had a sewage backup problem and they kept saying it did not until eventually they had to hire a plumbing company to tear up and fix the sewage backup problem. For $50-100 more you can get alot better apartment. These have vinyl wood floors, painted on countertops and painted tubs and sinks, they will start chipping and falling apart. Oh yeh, the fireplaces are a fire hazard, they lied about that as well, saying the fireplaces have been cleaned and they have not. Beware of anyone using the fireplace and make sure you have insurance and an escape route this coming winter. This place can only rate a 3 out of 5.
