Nice older place, but in dangerous area

This is a nice "older" apartment complex, but man this is in a dangerous area. The apartment complex on the east side of Emerald Point is known for it's murders and drug deals that have gone down. I personally heard gun shots twice when I lived there (coming from that next door apartment complex). Also, you'll need to know Spanish to communicate with any of your neighbors...yo no habla mucho espanol...which of course is not bad thing at all. My neighbors in this place were actually pretty nice. What was most appealing to me was the CHEEEEAP rent, but you pay for what you get. It's a very old apartment complex with noisy pipes...you'll hear your neighbors flush the toilet even...as the pipes tend to vibrate and make moaning noises. If you want a CHEAP place to live (e.g. if you're a poor college student like I was, a migrant worker or a KFC employee)...this may be the place for you. =)
