Emerald Point Apartment

I live there now! From: doodlebug4 Date posted: 12/25/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   After reading all the reviews, I realized that I needed to let this site know what Emerald Point is really like. I like all my neighbors, it is very hispanic and I am not, but we all get along. My apartment faces inside and it looks like a park with big trees. The manager has been there for many years and knows everyone. Sometimes we have big cookouts where thew owners provide the meat and we all bring a covered dish. Everyone shows up! The rent is low because it is an older place, but I really like it. As far as problems, there were some at another apartment complex a few years ago, but I haven't heard about anything in a long time. There is no problems here. I do not plan on leaving. It is close to my work and easy to get to.
