I?ve been living at this complex for about a year now and ever since I moved here there has been problems with the apartment. Whenever I write a maintenance work order I have to call back several times before anybody will show up. I had a broken toilet and they left it broken for 7 days before they replaced it with a used one. When I talked to the office, one of the maintenance guys said " You?re lucky we fixed the problem in 7 days, we have people waiting for 40 days to have things fixed"! Another problem is the noise from upstairs neighbors, I complained to the office and they said "We cannot do anything about it, this is how the building was built"! Stupid, careless answers from employees that are changed twice a week. Every time I visit the office I see new faces that won?t last more than a month. I tried to look for a corporate office number or even an e-mail but nothing works.

I strongly don?t recommend living there.
