I've lived in this complex for almost three years and moved in due to exceptional value.
At first it was great and well kept. Over the last year and half (new mgmt), there have been continual probs with maintenance compounded by unrelentless lies by mgmt. The water prob causes showers to go from warm to scalding in a second or two. Have been burned several times. Mgmt keeps lies up and tells me the contractor has been out to look and can't find the prob, but I work from home and haven't seens a soul on property. Have asked for small rent red. until prob fixed (75-100) and the lies continue. Am escalating efforts to contact home office to see if they condone this behavior. I can't stand liars.
RUN FAR AWAY FROM HERE! Nothing they say is the truth!
