I should have known when I saw the condition of the property that the attitude of the people and the condition of the inside of the apartments over time would be no better. With all the choices to live at in the DFW area, I would encourage anyone looking at the Enclave to rethink it. As long as things are good, the staff treats you great. The minute you have a maintenance problem where you need immediate attention, they are rude, inflexible, and unprofessional. This is not a customer/tenant-friendly property. Last fall they did some work to repaint the outside, but it simply acted as a band-aid to cover up the real problems. The real problems are inside the apartments...old applicances, old cabinetry, old plumbing, old wiring, you name it. For the money we pay, and considering the competitive nature of the property, it is quite disconcerting that more care is not taken. They are completely reactive.
