When we moved into our apartment a whole laundry list of things were broken, most were fixed after a long delay, but some issues remain even after 7 months into the lease. Went a whole weekend in Sept without AC while waiting for repairman...lame excuses were all management had to offer as to the reasons for delay. Went 5 days without heat in winter....had to stay at a friends while it was slowly resolved. The only plus is the rent is cheaper than most places, but you have to earn the savings by putting up with the incompetent managemnt.
