I moved to this complex during the summer. At first, the management seemed okay, but I quickly learned that they weren't. I requested several times for them to come to my apt because of ants (they were all in my cabinets, my food, my clothes,everywhere). When I told the management that I don't think I'm going to renew my lease because of this problem, she explained that "this problem is everywhere." I also keep my sink plugged up because I have had roaches crawl up the drain. With me being an extremely clean person, this was the last straw. The complex doesn't have any ammenities, all they have is a swimming pool and a couple of hot tubs that were always being "repaired." The management seems to have a problem with keeping people employed, I see a different person everytime I go in there. I don't like too many people seeing my credit card number. The apartments are really run down and rugged inside. The cabinets are old and raggedy. The floor is lumpy and has soft spots. As far as the racial comments from other reviewers. I've never had a problem with "thugs" or feeling threatened or scared at the complex. It's usually pretty quiet around my building. They don't keep the gates closed. Ever since I moved in, they were "repairing" the gate system. My opener never worked. But hey, move in at your own risk...just watch out for the red ants, the roaches....I just can't take it that's why i'm definitely moving out when my lease is up. I know the people all around me are doing the same.
