Since I have lived which hasn't been very long it has not been that bad of an experience. Although the biggest problem is that they have the trees that will mess up any paint job when trying to remove these berries that fall from the trees. people see my car when I'm driving down the street you would think I was from another planet the way people look at me. But overall it is fairly quiet and resonable priced and basically you get what you pay for.
