I have lived here 3 yrs. Was happy at first because of price. Management continually changes and the newest Management is awful. All the remodeling is like putting a band-aid on a big open wound. Covers it up nicely, but bad underneath. Poor maintenance, really bad water issues, bad landscaping upkeep, poor communication with residents, and ever increasing fees. The only true ammenity this complex has is the pool and hot tubs. The pool was closed ALL summer and the hot tubs have never been open in the 3 yrs that I have been here. I will definately be moving when my current lease is up. Not that Management cares. They seem to like turnover and don't care about great residents that pay on time and take care of their apartments and don't cause trouble. You would think they would be interested in keeping a resident like me, but obviously not.

I think that if you are having issues with the apartment community, you should definitely contact management. I don't know if anyone can really trust someone who hides behind the name "anonymous".

I've been a resident since Nov. 2006, and can attest to the same crap conditions as stated in the original post. Especially the water. One minute, you're being freezed out of the shower, the next minute with no warning, you're being scalded! We're definitely leaving at the end of the lease term, with all the stalls and excuses about fixing it.
