Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2007
 
Obviously whoever wrote the last comment was dead wrong. These apartments are 20 years old and older apartments tend to have issues that maintenance can fix. If you want a new apartment....go pay the price for one! I love my apartment and the management is fantastic! The new management is awesome and they are making many new improvements. Come check them out. You will be happy I promise!
