i moved in recently and am pretty much happy so far. there are a couple of issues i have. 1. my kitchen cabinets are like the one in the model just in horrible condition. 2. it was mentioned in previous reviews the water temp changed frequently while showering, well it's true. 3. my gate opener never worked. 4. my bathtub faucet wasn't updated like the model and the tiles weren't nice/new like the model. all these things i can pretty much live with. the girls in the office are friendly, i've encountered nothing but friendly neighbors and i did receive a great deal. i am just waiting for a new gate opener =) mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH

Hello Happy One, Yor new key fob is on it's way. We will update as soon as we get them in.
