I lived here for a few months before I decided I had to get somewhere else because everything broke. From the balcony door, which the maintenance never fixed, (really safe, I know), to the drain in the bathtub which they also never fixed (so only varying temperature showers for me), to the fridge that wouldn't get cold enough. There was adequate parking however, which can be hard to find as far as apartments go. I wouldn't recommend anyone move in there unless you yourself are a handyman who can fix most of the problems that you'll end up having with the plumbing and electric and the gate opener issues, as well as random other stuff. If you can fix it on your own though, maybe it's an alright deal.

I really hate to hear that you have problems that have been unresolved, as it is our number 1 goal to keep our residents happy. I would be more than happy to sit with you and discuss any issues you are still having. Our maintenence staff is awesome and usually has all requests for service completed within a 24 hour window.
