We, me and my Girlfriend, have been there a year now, and the place just stinks. No problems get fixed, our refridgerator has been broken for 8 of the 12 months! com on how hard is that' the place is falling apart, the water heater rotted out and the interior A/C unit is growing... I don't know what it is growing, and the windows aren't even sealed! I can stick my fingers threw, we complained, was it fixed - No, was there even a record in the office - No. and I can keep going on things that leak and never get fixed, things that fall off, things that don't turn on or off or open and close properly. And there is no privacy, I came out one day to find a party of the local youngens in the bed of my truck! and nothing was done about it, no security, no police presence. Where we were, they had car ports, but that cost $30 a month to get a little piece of aluminum over your car, and all the places were the ports, parking was a nightmare! to say the least, and the local coyoties (sp) didn't help. and managment all needs fired, put it like this, if I was like that at my job, I would be out the door never to return. worst attituds I have encountered, nothing got done, no records were kept of anything and they have the gaul to tell us we can't move! and are going to charge more...

But on a good note, the people we did meet were fairly nice, minus the managment (not nice people and rude) and the people that thing the entire neibourhood wants to hear their music. the airplains arnt that bad either, and I get asked that all the time - you can throw a stone to DFW airport. And the maitnance personel is friendly and fixes things quickly when you go and flag them down, other then that nothing happens.
