I had a friend move into these apartments, and she seemed satisfied. When it was time for myself to move, I selected this apartment community as well. BIG MISTAKE. I moved into a one bedroom w/ a den.

No one in the office is worth talking too. The property manager, ---- is a really rude and mean lady. ---------, who is a leasing agent is very rude, not personable and illiterate. The only lady worth talking too is -- and she has her rude moments. Office staff only cares about getting money, not the residents!!

No security whatsoever, and Irving PD is bad about coming out to address problems. Stuff stolen from in front of my door. Office didn't care... Had a problem with a band of young kids breaking into empty apartments and living in them..

The maintanence men are really friendly. However, it takes forever to get stuff fixed. The apartment complex next door is run by the same people so we share our office staff and maintanence men with them.

Had numerous problems with the apartment I moved into and had to resort to fixing stuff myself since it was never impertinant to the office to get my apartment fixed right. Never move here or any other complex in Irving mangaged by Wooddale!!!

whoever wrote this is clearly pissed about something maybe bounced checks, lease violations, or whatever issue they brought upon themselves. I totally disagree with the defamation of character when describing -- and --------- I moved in june06' and both ladies were and have continued to be very helpful and respectful to me and i've witnessed the same treatment to other residents. The manager on the other hand is another story she clearly needs more training she's only concerned with whom can make her paycheck fat. She has walked past me many times although she spoke she never offered any assistance. Maybe that's the reason more uhauls are pulling out than coming in. When u feel you're above dealing with the very people who pay your salary someone clearly needs to demote or replace you.

I've had 2 car windows smashed and stuff stolen in the last 6 months so has 4 other neighbors. ---- has promised to get a security light installed each time and never has. She is worthless as a manager. The maintanence men are GREAT but so what when it costs you so much to live here. The water bills are sky high as are the electric bills due to no insulation. My 3 bedroom house had lower utility bills than this place. I'm out of here as soon as my lease is up!!!!!
