One word.. "GHETTO"! Run far, far away! When you're out of breath and think you've gone far enough, keep running!! I lived there for 3 years. Management was by far the worst I've ever dealt with. The complex was just disgusting. I thought it couldn't get any worse.. then office staff changed and hurricane Katrina. I'd often forget where I was at, thinking I must have somehow ended up in Oak Cliff or something.. but DFW kept my windows rattling often enough for a good reminder. Car was broken into twice. They won't provide covered parking, and no one wants to pay for it.. so ALL the covered parking was left empty, with no where else to park. Water heater busted at 3AM, ruined thousands of dollars worth of belongings. Management and office staff treated me like ---- every time I stepped foot in that office. If you're black, you might like it.. they seemed to treat black people with a lot more respect. Whites are simply ignored / treated very poorly. Rudeness, ignorance, incompetence, stupidity, crime, noise, weirdos walking around at all hours of the night, mold, strange smells, constant domestic disturbances, drugs, more crime, noise, and more noise.. a total sh*thole. Corporate management had to be dealt with several times during that 3 year period, and those experiences were just as bad. I honestly don't even know where to begin, as I haven't even started yet. Must be easy to get into also. Thanks for the heads up. Sable point around the block from it is the same way.
