ATTENTION! ATTENTION PEOPLE!
If YOU go to work everyday and bust YOUR ass to pay YOUR bills and to be able to afford the basic neccesities of life.....

This my friend is NOT where you want to call home!

Now lets touch on some basic why nots...
1)Cars are broken into all the time.
2)Hell even straight up stolen!
3)The consistent aroma of weed in the air.
4)LOUD, vibrate the walls don't stop till ya get enough back that azz up music from your neighbors till 3 in the am.
5)The frequent visiting of the local wildlife...coyotes, skunks, rats, snakes, possums, etc.
6)The postin' up of little bad ass teenagers till the wee hours of the am.
7)The "Jerry Springer" "I'll bust your windows out your car" domestic disturbances.
8)The lovely litter of 40 oz Colt 45 bottles in the parking lot, bushes, etc.
9)The mating calls of the wanna be thugs....Pssstttt Hey Lil Mamma
10)Last but not least...the non-existence of parking. Yes you can park your car...but not by your building...probably a couple of buildings down and then you can walk thru all the above mentioned reasons of why not to live here.

Why doesnt management do anything about it' No idea. Could they' YES!
But bet they keep having their little CARES events like this is the Brady Bunch of apartment communities.

Save yourself a headache and keep it moving.
If you're trying to work, raise a family and live an honest life.. dont move here. It's a negative environment that will only try to keep you down.
