I've lived here now for about 5mo. I live alone with my 1 year old son and at first I was a little scared moving into a new place. They are right the maintanince does suck, I requested the the ac to be fixed over the tub cause it was dripping down on my shower curtain and it got so bad I had to put down towels and then they got ruined. I had to give them written request 2x's for them to fix it. The rent is cheaper than what I expected, I used to live in a gated community and got my car broken into twice in a 6mo period and was paying an arm and a leg for rent. Now if my car does get broken into I won't be as surprised, trust me a gated community doesn't mean crap!! I WILL SAY THIS THESE APARTMENTS ARE THE BEST LOOKING ON THE WHOLE DAMN BLOCK!!
