I have lived here for years. Just the other day I found out that we were under new managment again, I think this is the fourth time this year. Well it just so happens that the new managment team has a lady that was here before. A few years ago she tried evicting me for having a sattilite dish even though when I moved in two years before that it was one of the points that I made with the managment team that I needed to be able to point my dish to the south. Well she's back now and when I went to get my renewal for my lease shure enough, she's trying to charge me for owning a sattelite dish. Do not move here!!!

The lady that was here before was here in 2004 and is not the same person you are speaking of. You have your people confused I think. All three ladies in the office are very sweet and professional. They are trying to undo all the damage the previous company has done, meaning customer service issues, improving the condition of the apartments inside and out. We all have to remember that this is a new company and that there are growing pains. So far I am quite happy with the changes.

You are wrong. Yvonne was here as the manager a couple of years ago and was fired!Now Tina, the mgr, has brought her back. What a mistake. Yvonne makes mistakes and is not, NOT in the least bit professional. I have been here 5yrs and you are mistaken...not the previous writer.

Your right Yvonne is a theif she STOLE rent money from the other company and then the last company hired her back, what is that about!

Well she has been gone for awhile now and I was reading a post on another complex in the area and she was hired there as the manager. And yep, you guessed it, they hate her there as well. She is still lieing and robbing people. Nothing new. I am learning that most of the poeple that seem to work in places like this just don't care about anything. If they did, there own morals would make them find a better job at a better complex that kept the place up.
