I have lived here 5yrs. Yvonne is back again, worse than ever.She would not pay for antibiotics for me a couple of years ago,from falling on a railing that wasn't solid, all from a loose step.Had to go over her head to get an ok from the regional mgr to get the railing fixed and pay for my medicine.
Last monday she signed for a pkge that was delivered, then she lost it, saying she wasn't responsible, then hours later, found it-no apology-just blamed it on the delivery man who put it in the wrong place in the closet. Now she has lost my $250 money order that I put in the drop box, which she checked and she has the key for. Now I have to go to the trouble and expense for getting my money order tracked, etc. Our rent should be safe and secure in the drop box, since she checks it. This irresponsibility is getting out of hand when it comes to losing my rent money.Lafon is a good Christian woman-don't know if she is still here, today and Tina hides!

PLUS, my truck was towed because they didn't give me a sticker to put on it for covered parking when I renewed my lease. Yvonne was not responsible-no she sure wasn't, she said, but the regional supervisor paid for my vehicle to get out of the pound. Wonder why Yvonne was fired back then, and Tina has the incompetence to bring her back here?

Well it is little over a year later and it is not much better. A friend had her rent posted to the wrong account (Another unit), cars are still getting broken into and just this week 4 units were broken into (Doors were pushed open(Cheap door frames and locks)and alot of money was lost), all in the middle of the day. Lafon moved out last month and I know she has wanted to move for a long time. Being she got screwed out of her spot here and then fell and got hurt and as always work orders were getting lost or just not fixed at all. God bless her and better luck in her new home.
