Estrada Oaks

I'm a pretty low maintenance tennant, so I don't have many complaints/issues with the office.

I'm only moving out because I need a larger unit closer to work.

My car was broken into, but that was probably because I left it parked for 10 days[while on vacation] against an outer wall of the lot with some CDs and things in plain view.

I also had a maintenance painter let himself into my unit while I was sleeping [I work midnights so I sleep during the day] without knocking, scared the crap out of me.

Of course this is why they give you two deadbolts I suppose, I just try not to lock my roommate out because that means I have to wake up to let them in.

Overall the rent is reasonable for the space, the apartments are very clean and well maintained, they do regular pest control [I've only ever seen one bug inside my apartment in the year that I've lived here], the water pressure is good, storage space is adequate, they have dinner/breakfast type events for tennants once a month or so, the office staff has been nothing but pleasant, and if they had a bigger 2 bedroom unit I would probably have stayed here.
