I have lived here for a few years and I would move but I can not afford to at this time.

All apartments have issues and that is just a fact.

But it is also up to the Office staff and manager as well as the people that live there to get things fixed and working like they should.

Just this past week there were 4 units broken into and robber in the middle of the day.

The office put out a notice that there was a break in on the property but gave no details about what happened or how many units.

I live here so I want to know what is going on and how bad it is.

Instead of giving the tenants more details on what happened, they send out a notice (Security Guildlines for Residents) by the TAA (Texas Apartment Association) and most of that was BS and telling the tenants that they are not responceble for anything and it is up to you and the local police.

If you want more details go to estradaoaks.com

One thing I do not take lightly is someone calling me a lier to my face by using other words.

From that day on I have made it a point to advise the staff of work orders that need to be done wether they are in my apartment or out side.

If they are not done in a timely maner I go back up and tell them again.

If they are still not completed, then I get nasty.

I have no problem chewing out the staff in from of other people that live here and those that are looking to rent.

When I am on the war path I refuse to go to the back office to speak to the manager, it is not a private matter so we can speak in front of the other people in the office.

I have no problem with calling the managers bluff and informing her that she is wrong and the work will be done.

They know me and my apartment number by heart and I am sure they are thinking, Ah hell here he comes.

But I am a very nice person, unless I am lied to or blown off when requesting they keep there end of the lease.

I pay rent and they maintain the property.

This place has a very long way to go to be known as a good place to live.

In the past month, there have been 3 car break-in that I know of and I am sure there are other issues that I have not heard about.

All I can say is you have to stand up for yourself and get in there face.

They give you an atitude, give if right back with more atitude.

If you have a complaint, voice it and put it in writing to the company and here.

If there is stuff going on around your apartment that is not right, Call the police and have then send out a unit, That is what they are paid for.

The office here does not care if you are happy as long as rent is paid.

They do not even care if there is loud music or other things going on, there position on that type of stuff, Call the police, it is not our problem.

Sounds like some one is a little racist. Does it make you feel good to yell at women and as you put it, get in their face? I would not live there with people like you there. You are what is wrong with the world today! I bet you're single too!

So you're that rude guy that keeps yelling at them... omg, dude, I'm a woman and I've almost told you to shut up! Do you know that's called sexual harrasement and you can get sued for that???? SERIOUSLY! Next time you do it I WILL stand in YOUR face! That's just wrong! I can't believe you'd stoop so low to yell at them. All of them are so sweet. Sure they are going through a transition with upgrades, but that's life. If you ever lived in a house, trust me ... call a plumber or an A/C repairman on a busy weekend and see how long it takes for you to get service! You need a serious reality check of how life really is! The old neighbor who lived across from my parents HOUSE waited WEEKS to get their A/C Unit fixed because of their landlord! NO ONE HERE has made YOU wait that long! Get a grip dude, seriously! And learn some manners!

I have no issues with race, just people breaking the laws. You come to my contry, fine, just do it legal. As for yelling at women and getting in there face? If they are the one in charge and are not doing what they are hired to do, and/or are lying to people, your damn right I will get in there face as fast as I will get in the face of a man in the same job. It is call equal rights, deal with it. And next time you want to post a blast, stand up and not do it anonymous. Sounds like you either work for this place or are just plain stupid. Come see me at estradaoaks.com if you want more information on this crappy managment job they do here. Yes, that may have been me the day you saw someone yelling at them and feel free to open your mouth at anytime I am ripping them up. As for Sexual harrasement? Oh please go get some education you twit. I have never been racest or harrased sexualy or other wise any one. But a good legal chewing out, You bet your last dollar I will do that if that is what it takes to get them to do there job. Hmm thats odd, they always seem to say I am sorry and fix the issue they failed to fix before, so who was in the right to begin with. You being a woman or not means nothing, you want to stand up and tell me to shut up, then do it, I love to have a battle of WITS with unarmed people. :)
