I have decided that I like living at Estrada Oaks.
They are renovating all the apartments in the entire complex with new fixtures, counters, and appliances.
Of course, the rent will go up but the add ons are worth it.
I already live in an updated apartment, and I like it.
The appliances are new, and the accent walls are a really great bonus.
Rhonda in the office is wonderful, I know that I am a high maintenance tenant but she is always pleasant and helpful.

OK, I miss hit the submit key and it updated the date and time of my last posting. Nice to see you were able to change the information in your posting from complaining about the therostat not work and them not fixing it to how wonderful this place is. nice try.
For one, I do not live like a pig and the poeple around me also keep a clean home, but there are still bugs. There spray and baiting sucks and does not work that well unless you have them come in every week. I don't know about you but I do not have the time each week to take off work to let them come spray. As for the maintance man, I would not trust him in my unit with me not there. He is lazy and it is well know that he does a crapy job and does not clean up his mess. Nice try but it is not working.
