I have lived in both the largest 1 BR and largest 2 BR. This is by far my most favorite community I've ever lived in! The management companiy has changed for the better. The new mngmnt co. is doing remodelling further making our community the best on the street! Some people would complain about rent going up because of the remodelling but honestly, to me that means that the rif-raf won't be able to move in which is better for me! My both apartments were/are large and spacious. I had no problems in parking and opted to retain a covered parking spot. As a cop's daughter, I personally never had any crime issues here. The management and maintenance staff are great! They are attentive and really friendly. Even the new maintenance girl is nice too! What caught my eye about this place is: 1) spaciousness (I have had 3 full size couches plus 2 large chairs in my livingroom in the lg 2 br apt) 2) closet and storage space is awesome! (I'm an artist & musician have LOTS of stuff to store. 1 BR had 3 large closets. 2 br had 5 1/2 including both BR closets) 3) ceiling fans... now new ones in all the rooms 4) kitchen pantries YAY! 5) washer n dryer connections 6) lots of windows plus french doors 7) clean with no bugs 8) intruder alarm system 8) great amenities: pool, tennis courts, work-out facility 9) easy access to highway, Walmart, restaurants, movie theater etc. (you could walk to them) 10) and the bedrooms are BIG! :o)

I'd be interested to know if the office people have changed.

Nope... other than Wendy replacing Yvonne, nope, Tina and Rhonda are the same for atleast around a year. Before that was i forgot who, then Mr. Rene' was a manager at one time. He's the only one that I wasn't fond of, but he was livable.

Let me start by putting on my boots to wade that that load of BS. If this is the best place you have lived, I would hate to see the other places. As for rent going up, that will not keep out what you call riff raff that will keep out hard working people that still do not make alot of money but are honest (not like some) people. What your father does has nothing to do with you not having you car or apartment broken into, It is called luck. And yes they are attentive and really friendly unless they are not doing there job correctly and you call them on it, then they start acting stupid and saying sorry, we did not know about that. You must live in the front area or near a show apartment, seems thoughs are well sprayed inside and out. Would suck to be showing a unit and have one of the millions of roaches crawl accross the counter. Nice thing about having the wal-mart so close, the riff raff as you like to call them, leave there shopping carts around the property. Now you can grab one on your way there. As for the new management company being better? Well I know I never had issues with the old company. I asked for something to be fixed and it got fixed right. Let me see, That seems to have stopped about the time Tina got here and let stuff slide. Nice try, but if you want to suck up, go to the office and do it.
