This apartment complex is horrible. Our family moved into Estrada Oaks almost a year ago and have been miserable here. There are too few parking spaces, our car has been broken into twice, and there are currently 4 broken down vehicles in front of our building 2111, two of which have three flat tires. My neighbors and I have called and asked them to be towed over and over with no results. They have turned the water off without notice twice, once for 40 mins while I was in the middle of a shower at 9 am on a week day which made me late to work. My water heater exploded flooding the dining room and breaking my dryer which sits just beneath it. They replaced the padding under the carpet but just lied the carpet on top of the padding once they were through.

THE BUGS!!!! We didn't see the actually apartment we were moving into until moving day and holy cow! Roaches EVERYWHERE! Roaches, roaches, roaches! It doesn't matter how many time they come in and spray or how many times I sweep up every crumb, scrub every surface in the kitchen, they are everywhere - Especially in the bathrooms which is odd.

Two outlets in my apartment don't work and have never been fixed although I've called many times. The dishwasher still doesn't work fully after 9 months of living here. People sit out in their cars with the bass all the way up and when my neighbor asked them to turn it off he was threatened. These apartments are completely ALL SHOW AND NO GO! I can't take my daughter out to play because the sewage backs up into the grass and you can see toilet paper, feces and even a condom once strewn throughout the grass. Our alarm system has NEVER worked. We asked them to fix it when we first moved in many times and nothing was ever done. There is tons of trash and beer bottles inside of our bushes and when the sprinklers come on they water the sidewalk and half way up our stairs, not the grass. They also turn the electricity off without warning and ask you to wait "Patiently" for about 30 mins. I could really go on and on. These apartments are absolutely dreadful and the surrounding area is unsafe. People speed up and down these streets within the complex and there is no security. We highly recommend that you find somewhere else to live!

Two days before we moved here I read a lot of bad reviews on this website about Estrada and called to ask about the crime here. I was told that the people who wrote that were being sued for slander and that none of it was true. Little did I know!!!

OK, I saw nothing new on your post that surpized me at all. But I loved the last part about sueing for slander. My side is still hurting as I type this reply. I am the only one that I know of that got a letter from ther lawyers and I called and left a voice mail telling him to F off. Then sent a letter to the owners telling them if I get another threat or retaleation for my web site, I would sue them and provided them with the legal information they figured I did not have. I have not heard another word about it. But I agree with your complaints about this place. They really need to do more then pretty up the outside of there show apartments.
