I have reviewed these apartments before and boy has my opinion of the office staff changed! ANGELA the office Assistant Manager is probably the rudest person I have ever had the mispleasure of speaking to! The first time I spoke with her was when we were renewing our lease BIG MISTAKE. I thought at the time that perhaps she was having a bad day since we all have those here and there but NO! I had some questions about our lease before we turned it in and everything I asked she had an attitude and was talking to me like she thought I was stupid. Then I had a maintenence issue and she answered my call and was rude to me again! Then when I had questions about our move out protocall once again I got the same rude attitude! This seems to be the normal way she talks to people and I am livid at this point. Her job at this complex is to make sure the residents are taken care of and it seems like she works here to try and see how many people she can talk down to and belittle in one day. I wonder if she talks to everyone this way or if I am just special! STAY AWAY FROM ANGELA!
